Janice provides business development support and capacity building to existing and emerging Social Firms as well as support and advice to organisations who want to develop businesses to create employment for their client group. Janice is an ILM/SFEDI accredited Business Adviser with additional social enterprise certification

Business Acquisition Co-ordinator - Karen Anderson
Karen facilitates the creation of new Social Firms through acquisition of commercial businesses. This role includes liaising with private sector professional advisors and potential funders: raising awareness of business acquisition processes within the Social Firm sector and assisting in the due diligence of target companies.
