The Board of Social Firms Scotland meets approximately every 2 months.  It sets the strategy for the organisation, and approves annual work plans and budgets. It receives regular financial and operational reports at each Board meeting.

Board meetings tend to be in either Edinburgh or Glasgow and usually between 10.30am and 1.30pm.
