The Way to Work is a guide for people who are severely disadvantaged in the labour market to take steps towards employment.  It provides practical information about going into employment, signposting people to services that can provide support. 

The Way to Work explains what it is like to work in a Social Firm, and how to obtain work in a Social Firm.  There is also a section to support someone to plan the steps they are going to take.
