Social Firms Scotland has been funded by the Big Lottery Fund until March 2008 to:

-    Raise awareness of and promote good employment practice in Social Firms

-    Increase understanding of how  people who are severely disadvantaged in the labour market move into employment 


The Employment Programme offers: 

The Way to Work - a guide for people who are severely disadvantaged in the labour market to take steps towards employment.

Creating the Magic - a guide to Social Firm managers about good practice in creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering work environment.
